Located in a small and peaceful village (7 klms from Valenca) with stunning views over valley and hills from the large back garden with breakfast table and other facilities

Very comfortable and modern newly decorated bright rooms in a beautiful house. 2 double rooms and 1 twin room. Guests have use of upstairs a new shower-room with wash basin & wc; and downstairs a shower-room with washbasin & wc. Use of the washing machine and other facilities are availablem Please note this is a non-smoking house, however smoking is permitted outside.There are ample parking facilities both on and off the premises

DVD in every room with choice of over 150 top rated films and musicals from our collection as well as satellite TV with over 100 free to view stations, 100radio stations and over 1,000 books. There is no way you will ever get bored.

Outside each bedroom is a mini fridge.

Our tariffs are :

Euros 20 per person per night inclusive of Bed, Breakfast and evening meal.A 30% deposit is required when booking and the remaining 70% is to be paid 8 weeks (56 days) prior to your arrival. Should your arrival dates be less than 8 weeks then the full amount is payable when booking.

If your booking is cancelled 8 weeks (56 days) prior to the date of arrival then you will receive a refund minus a 50 euro administration fee. If your booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to the date of arrival and the room/rooms are re let you will receive a refund minus a 50 euro administration fee. If the rooms are not re let you will forego any monies paid.

We accept credit/debit card payments or bank transfers via our Paypal account.

Once we have confirmed your booking you will be sent an invoice for the payment of your deposit or the full amount dependant onthe number of days until your arrival, as stated above. When you receive this confirmation e-mail there will be a button on the page for you to make payment.
